Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting our Customer Support team.
If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.


After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Any eligible return or replacement request will be handled in accordance with this Policy.

Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements may be accepted only in the following situations:

  • Incorrect product delivered.

  • Damaged product received.

  • Defective product received.

  • Tampered package received.

  • Missing item(s) in the shipment.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • All seals, labels, and accessories must remain intact.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging must be provided for verification.

Energy Hills reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving a return, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Products

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products with broken seals.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling after delivery.

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales unless received damaged or defective.

  • Products refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason.

International Orders

Energy Hills accepts international orders for selected destinations.
Due to customs regulations and international shipping requirements:

  • International orders are generally not eligible for return unless the product received is incorrect, damaged, defective, or tampered with during transit.

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Supporting photographs or videos may be required before a claim is reviewed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with the import regulations of their destination country.

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, Energy Hills may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement requests are subject to:

  • Verification of the reported issue.

  • Product availability.

  • Compliance with this Policy.

If the product is unavailable, a refund may be processed at our discretion.

Refund Process

Once a return or claim has been approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds are generally initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where:

  • An incorrect product was shipped by Energy Hills.

  • The product was received damaged during transit.

  • The shipment contained verified defective or missing items.

Customs Duties & Import Charges

For international orders:

  • Customs Duties

  • Import Taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage Charges

  • Government Fees

are imposed by the destination country’s authorities and are not refundable by Energy Hills.
If an international shipment is refused by the customer, returned due to unpaid customs charges, or rejected by customs authorities, the original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs duties, and related expenses may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Failed Deliveries

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information.

  • Customer unavailability.

  • Refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason.

  • Failure to pay customs duties or import charges.

may not be eligible for a full refund.
Additional shipping charges may apply if re-dispatch is requested.

Quality Assurance

Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch.

  • Clear photographs or videos of the issue

Fraud Prevention
